How your information is used.
Your enquiry details will only be used by Ellie and her team to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to book, to help arrange and deliver your wedding music. Advertising measurement will remain off unless you choose to accept it.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, the details you provide are sent to Ellie’s team by email through Resend and to their GoHighLevel customer relationship system through Zapier. This lets the team keep track of your enquiry and reply to you. Your information is not added to a marketing list by this form. These providers process your information to deliver and manage your enquiry.
What the form collects
The enquiry form asks for your names and email address, with the option to share a phone or WhatsApp number, along with any details you choose to provide about your wedding, such as your date, venue, package preference or plans for the day. It also records the page where you enquired and any campaign labels in that page’s address. A Meta click identifier is included only if you accepted advertising cookies. Ellie and her team use this information to check availability, understand what you’re looking for and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including any sensitive personal information that isn’t necessary for us to help with your enquiry.
Embedded performance videos
Performance videos are hosted by Wix, the media provider used by Ellie’s existing website. The video file is requested from Wix only when you choose to play it. Wix may receive technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering that video.
Advertising measurement
If you select “Accept advertising cookies”, the website loads the Meta Pixel supplied by Meta Platforms. It records page visits and a Lead event after a successfully delivered enquiry so advertising performance can be measured. Meta may use cookies and receive technical details about your browser and visit. The Pixel does not load when you choose “Only necessary”.
Your choices
You can change your advertising-cookie choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control. You can also enquire by emailing enquiries@ellielilliansings.co.uk, or by messaging Ellie on WhatsApp, and ask Ellie to correct or delete personal information held in relation to your enquiry, subject to any legal requirements to retain it.
