Planning the details

What I’ll confirm with you.

01Understand local weather

Discuss shelter, heat and seasonal risk with the venue before confirming outdoor-only plans.

02Check outside-supplier policy

Some hotels use approved suppliers or charge access and production fees.

03Allow enough time for travel

Long-haul flights and inter-island travel need a comfortable arrival margin.

04Source sound locally where sensible

A detailed specification helps the venue quote the correct system and technician.

Useful answers

Planning a wedding in The Caribbean.

Can you travel from the UK for a Caribbean wedding?

I’m happy to consider Caribbean weddings around the island, date, travel route and venue setup. Share as much of the plan as you currently have.

Can you perform at an all-inclusive resort?

Potentially, yes. The resort must confirm its external-supplier policy, fees, access and sound arrangements before the booking is finalised.

How early should we enquire for a long-haul destination?

As early as possible. Long-haul dates need more planning room for travel, accommodation and venue coordination than most UK bookings.
